Move them to share, help them to connect to each other and keep the conversation moving. Like social media, want to host the most interesting conversation anywhere on the subject (but you are not expert, contributor). Like taking care of people who support them, and make sure they feel like a safe space where they can share with trusted friends.
Community Builder job: you'll help us find the heads of social media in a fantastic companies and bring them into our community. Track down spiritual, they help to understand what we do, get involved. Enjoy the research, hunting, it's fun to find guys like us. You're a schmoozer, talker, the Herald and love sharing passion for what. You're not a salesperson, but understand the sales process.

We are not social media consultants or agency. We do social media training or campaigns. We are not looking for social media pros or resellers. This is not a task about using social media in your genius to do social media. It's about helping other people to flourish in the community where they can help each other. You don't have to be an expert in social media; You must be great at working with the who.
