The Web Manager at PTC (Massachusetts)

Web StrategyWeb administrator will become part of an experienced team of interactive

Responsibilities:
Oversee a team of Web developers, both United States and Shanghai, China
Maintain and improve the Web content (static and dynamic pages)

Interface with internal customers and offer appropriate guidance and strategy to make the most of their Web projects websites PTCs

Write technical specifications and communicate technical concepts to the IT staff, internal customers, senior management team members

Requirements:
BA or BS degree
Minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience, preferably B2B
2-4 years experience as people
Easy to work on Windows, UNIX, Mac development environments
Strong customer service skills for troubleshooting
Strong communication and listening skills
Strength design of sites, information architecture and user experience
Ability to work under pressure in the environment is based on the due date
Ability to work in a team environment, learn faster
Experience in developing interactive strategies
Strong knowledge of best practices interactive
Project management experience interactive direct response such as e-mail, electronic commerce,
Banners, social applications and dim sum
Proven project management skills
Experience executing test plans across mixed platforms and browsers
