I thought it was someone fooling to. I saw a guy to go talk to a man in uniform of the police, then it soared.

Emma: "I could smell gunpowder"

I saw two people shot dead.

He just ran away. We could smell gunpowder, we were so scared.

Gunman hid in a cliff - was about five meters above us.

He jumped into the water and a boat.

I am 16 years old and was on the island as a youth leader. We are now in a hotel with everyone on the island, but we are still missing people.

I am a member of the Norwegian Parliament, he was taking part in the youth camp.

Stine: "he was quiet and just kept shooting"

We meet in small groups to discuss the attacks in Oslo. Then hear someone shouting "police is here, we are now confident."

Then VI a policeman going down the Hill and suddenly began shooting people, one by one.

He ran and jumped into the sea when we saw from ships.

It was calm, never ran, only kept firing people, I never heard him speak.

He was working at the booth of information on the island.

Us reported by radio of a bombing raid in Oslo, which is why we meet all 700 people on the island to tell them.

Adrian says he played dead to avoid the gunman

A couple of minutes later receive a phone call to tell a police officer was coming to shore to see us.

I went to the coffee shop to get supplies for the whole world. Then he heard gun shots and you could see people running. As they were experiencing, he is shot in the back.

People were falling dead right in front of me.

I found the campus for the area of the store. I saw the gunman - two people began to talk with him and two seconds later they were both shot.

He wore a black uniform with red edges. Miró I liked a Nazi, with his hair and similar police uniform.

The gunman was very safe, quiet and controlled. It seemed that he knew what he was doing. He shouted at us that we all die.

We all started running water, people already undressed and began to swim. I had enough time to take my clothes, so I started to swim in the rain in my clothes and big boots.

I went for about 150 meters, but the Lake is approximately 800 meters in length. I realized to not do so that I went back.

The standing 10 meters from me, saw firing people who went to swim. Directed his gun I and yelled at him, ' No, no, do not "." I don't know if I heard, but he saved me.

He came back an hour later. I was with other survivors and we were lying down and hide behind trees and rocks. We were freezing in our wet clothes.

The shooting began and people were falling on me, on my legs and fall into the water - which is when many people died. Only I had that I same shield behind them, praying not to see me. In the middle of the shots I got a bullet in the back.

Then came closer, I could feel her breath, I could feel his boots, I could feel the heat of the barrel.

But did not happen and that is what saved my life. Now I'm in the hospital. It is not the physical pain which is worse, is thinking of how many friends have died.
