OMD Los Angeles looking for Group Manager digital, as well as the global account Director (the same duties, but are published with extensive experience in a more general account).
The person in this role, playing a senior management representative members of the business media.

Team digital human manage, educate traditional teams on the status of the digital industry. Person actively manage full client relationships, providing key initiatives/strategies. This person will also have the opportunity to help a new business.

Required background, launch and skills:

* Major account agency experience or client-side experience or money side with full perception of the principle of media and strategy
* Thorough knowledge of the dynamics of the media. How each media element performs alone, how they perform together and how they are constantly changing
* Good understanding of customer industries and environments within which they operate

Leadership

* Ability to cultivate a strong, unified team
* Thorough knowledge of the principles of marketing and advertising as well as the media's understanding of concepts and terms, creative and budget requirements
* Ability to use alternate analytical approaches for solving problems with media
* Ability to think in linear
* Ability to effectively deal with personnel issues
* Ability to write clearly, concisely and orally consciously ladiboto and safe
* Ability to effectively and easily communicate and interact with clients and manage negotiated on behalf of clients
* Ability and goals, opportunities and techniques
