A 28-year-old motorcyclist died in a collision with a car at Kinnerton, Flintshire 12: 22 BST on Saturday.
And a male cyclist died in a collision on the A487 between cross foxes and such and Llyn, near Dolgellau in Gwynedd 10: 03 BST on Sunday.
North Wales Police appealed for witnesses contact with the road to drive on 101 or 0845 6071001 (Welsh line) or 0845 6071002 (line in English) of the police.
The motorcyclist, who was in the area, was in collision with a Renault Clio black as he rode his Suzuki green machine at Kinnerton Lane, officials said.
He was taken to Wrexham Maelor Hospital by ambulance, but he was pronounced dead on arrival.
The pilot was not injured.
In the second collision near Dolgellau, the cyclist, who lived locally, died in the place.
Other vehicles were not believed to they have been involved, police said.
It has carried out a thorough investigation and the road was reopened in 1345 BST.
