Areas of responsibility
-Develop and implement a strategy that ensures that community member satisfaction, achievement of optimum corporate objectives
-Actively drive, grow and manage community, building healthy relationships with power users community influencers and engaging directly with users, online and offline.
-Supervision and with the online community to facilitate interaction and Member
-Create compelling editorial content for the community, including the video reportage offices, events, and more.
-Plan and implement virtual events, live interviews, live chat sessions, etc.
-Team with product development to cultivate and manage a community collaborative ideation.
-Recruit internal Community Champions support SMEs, and to proactively work with them to ensure a flow of engaging, effective and accurate content
-Build and manage community MVP program; Develop relationships with key influencers and the community.
-Working with public relations and other internal stakeholders to ensure optimal use of social media to represent the voice of the company and with the broader external community
-Managing communities on social networks including Facebook, Twitter and other social media outposts are similar.
-Stay current and actively investigate emerging social media tools, technologies, trends, developments to facilitate the adoption of these in the appropriate places.
Requirements
-Several years of previous experience with online community social media management
-Photo, diplomatic, warming up under pressure and skills interpersonal fantastic
-Advanced knowledge and understanding of online community platforms; Experience with Jive showed preference
-Experience with space technology communities; Knowledge of the business intelligence industry showed a preference
-History of participation in social media and online community discussions, as well as creating a compelling the content system
-Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
-A full understanding of Internet technologies including technology, ability to learn new tools and software applications quickly.
-Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
-Strong project management and organizational skills
