A few weeks ago I had the honour of presenting Sydney's amplify Festival, which was one of the largest financial institutions in Australia hosted by AMP. ?I spoke three times of workshops and lectures. ?A majority of the participants were employees of AMP and a pinch of people from outside also visited.
What struck me was very fascinating, as this event was organized by Annalie Killian was the charge of innovation leads the company. ?I asked her title and she told me, she was "Director of Magic", and they did deliver young. ?It is rare, see organisations, to fund innovation, as does AMP, but to learn a great way is so much to bring in external moderators events and share their vision.
See all YouTube videos (there are four) and I've embedded it below the first with slideshows. ?For this event I focused on friendly interaction, group exercises, 18 examples from the regulated area and with pragmatic recommendations for the regulated space in this 2-hour meeting with a few hundred people.
