CLIFFTOP, WV-"wings wonder: WV birds of prey," the interactive, award-winning program of three rivers avian Center will be in Babcock State Park, Saturday, July 16, 7 p.m. the program features life predatory birds such as owls, hawks, a Peregrine Falcon and a young bald eagle.
"Park visitors and the general public are invited to help see these birds up close, learn about their habitats and gather tips on what you can do to wild birds in your area" according to Sean Pettrey, co Supt. in the Babcock State Park. The program takes approximately one hour with questions and answers to. The event is in the Park activity shelter beside the Babcock campsite and check-in station.
Babcock State Park is located in clifftop in Fayette County. Babcock was a State Park in the year 1937 and features holiday cabins, camping, hiking trails, Babcock stables and fishing.
