Vitamin "R"


Boy Scout Summer CampSummer camp can really wear out. Fresh air, exercise swatting insects, hard to sleep on the ground and no air means you ?????? to get the vitamin R (rest) whenever you can.

The first three days of camp set heat index records, wiped out the viewers and adults. Although they drank water, slowed down, and ate meals, some were effected sufficient need quick trip lodge.
As the volunteer adults on her, it is necessary to keep the entire audience to ensure that they treat themselves. Training Scouts to look at each other is important. Even if it seems everyone is being careful, remain cautious for signs of heat or cold, depending on your environment. Someone doing the right things still be ill.

Especially for a week or more, lack of sleep camping, can become a safety concern. Safe sign of ' htiron ' or an experienced outdoorsman, is someone that stays up talking to the night.

It takes time for rest, having decent lights and good ideas. We are fortunate to older viewers as Bugler is not afraid to enforce the silence after the lights turn off.
